Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that addresses energetic imbalances in the body. These imbalances can cause stress, anxiety, depression, difficulty sleeping and much more. Reiki aims to promote relaxation through the energy and help remove emotional blockages so that you may connect with yourself and others in a more peaceful, fulfilling way.

Ali Fortunato’s path to the spiritual & healing arts began five years ago when she experienced the power of Reiki in her personal life. The seed was planted and she began studying and receiving Reiki healing treatments for herself and her dogs. 

Her work is deeply rooted in recovery. Through sobriety, spiritual practice, and formal training, Ali was able to connect with her higher self and overcome her battle with addiction, anxiety and depression. She believes her Reiki practice has the ability to help others achieve profound physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.  

She is a Certified Reiki Practitioner for both humans and their animal companions.
